Remember being a child? It’s like you’re so damn short, but then you suddenly grow much taller during the summer and the mark on the edge of the door is three inches higher now!
The Jammy project is in its infancy stage — we’ve delivered 60 guitars so far and are starting shipping the next 60-unit batch at the moment. But as the spring gets closer to its peak and the daylight grows longer, we rightfully anticipate a rapid boost in our growth.
Back in the day, we had to manually check if the sensors are installed properly in each guitar — it was taking a hell load of time, slowing down the whole assembly process. Now, we’re implementing a fully automated quality control system which will cut the testing time by an order of magnitude.
Still, each batch will be sampled for quality by our team on-site, but the overall manufacturing speed will increase significantly — I’m talking dozens of units a day! I believe we’ll be able to see the results as soon as the mid-April already — we’ll update you on this once the good news from our production facilities arrives!
So stay tuned, rock on, and check out this short video of Jammy being automatically quality-tested.
